Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering correct shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional postage.

Lost / Stolen Packages

Once marked delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. Please contact the carrier directly for claims.

Restricted Locations

We reserve the right to decline shipment to locations where products may be restricted.



3. Refund / Returns Policy

Due to the nature of research materials, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns of opened, handled, temperature-sensitive, or specialty products.

Damaged Orders

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

Approved Replacements

At our discretion, we may replace damaged or incorrect items.

Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in order bans and collection efforts.
